Perfect for Business and Pleasure this home is a perfect location-to so many areas of the city depending where you want to go. Walking the park trails or biking it. I offer light breakfast bites along with a coffee & tea station of choice. Kayaking / golf 9 or the driving range 2 min walk. Ham. Co bike trail will take you as far as you can pedal and great places to stop along the way (3 breweries) yet only 15 Minutes from the City a perfect green space to stay and get anywhere you need to go.

Bright, Modern, 2 bdrm basement suite nestled in the woods just minutes from Kings Island and a multitude of other attractions. We do have kids and while we advocate for inside voices here, you will hear life happening on the upper level. The occasional pitter patter of little people feet or sibling altercation. *Please note: this is NOT the entire house. *Maximum of 2 vehicles *No thermostat in the suite.
