A convenient location, in a quiet village, ideal for those exploring the Ariege or those just passing through - 3 minutes from the N20 and 2 minutes from the D117. Private entrance, private courtyard and own keys. Two minutes from foot of the Pain de Sucre (627m) with its splendid views and two minutes from an 8 hectare park which borders the River Scios. Electrical consumption is charged at cost - currently 0,25€ TTC per kWh.

Outside you will enjoy your two small terraces and landscaped areas, where it is good to live and relax.

Charming bright and spacious house 1 hour from Toulouse, in the very small village of Lasserre. At the foot of the Pyrenees Ariégeoises and its hikes, it is ideal for a quiet stay in the countryside. Dating from 1910, fully renovated with 5 bedrooms and private bathrooms, it can accommodate up to 12 people on its 200 m2 and its garden of more than 1000 m2. Breakfast and homemade meal possible upon request.
