An oasis of peace, space and light, for enjoyable moments in th garden or in the outdoor pool. This two floor house features 2 double bedrooms. There is a very spacious living area with a sofa and fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped and communicates with the garden and the pool through glass shutters. The bathroom upstairs has a walk-in shower. Outside, a lovely patio with barbecue and view on the rolling hills of Campania. Also, a table and chairs for outside dining, and sunbeds and deckchairs to relax in the sun.

Il primo livello (130 mq) ha 2 camere da letto (una con bagno en-suite), soggiorno, bagno e cucina attrezzata. Terrazzo luminoso. Al secondo livello (130 mq) è la splendida terrazza con vista a 360°.
