The apartment is located in Village Lagoa Ville, facing the sea. The condominium has a swimming pool, barbecue and leisure area. It has two en-suites, a living room, an equipped kitchen, a balcony and a small terrace on the 2nd floor. Each bedroom has a double bed and one of them has two extra mattresses. It has a 24-hour entrance and local security. Next door is Lagoa de Itacimirim, a calm and reserved environment. It is 5 km from Praia do Forte, known for its restaurants and nightlife. We have Wi-Fi and NETFLIX.
