Old Town Lake Retreat

Take it easy at this secluded, waterfront cabin near beautiful Magnolia Beach. Fish or launch kayaks from your front yard. This rustic property is located down a dirt road that can be very difficult to access when it rains a lot. 4x4 vehicles recommend. During dry times, the road is fine. Wildlife of all kinds are sometimes seen, many species of birds, bobcat, deer, and sometimes snakes. Alligators live in Old Town Lake, much like any body of water in South Texas. Swimming not recommended.

A gently sloped walkway is outlined by white railings and leads up to a porch area. Lush greenery lines the pathway, providing a natural accent. The adjacent building displays a neat, minimalist exterior with multiple windows.

Cabin built in 2023. Like new. Owner lives on premises and makes sure you are not bothered or intruded upon. Quiet, peaceful , beautiful place to stay. Perfect place to unwind for traveling nurses, health professionals, and for out-of-town workers to come to at the end of a hard day's work.

Occasionally, you will also see dolphins swimming by. The Sargent beach is only less than 5 minute drive. There are picnic tables and bench by the fishing park and plenty of free parking.
