We had a lovely stay at the appartment. Everything you need is there and we really appreciates the lovely delicacies. The appartement was downtown Matala. Sometimes we heard the music from the bars but the always stoppen around 22.30h Ioannis is a terrific host. Gave us good instructions ans responded quickly.

Stayed at Despoina’s Place for five sunny days. The apartment is not overlooked so you can open the door and lie in bed looking at the sea. Matala’s sandy beach and aquamarine water is just a few steps down. There’s a little cafe/bar next door and the lovely staff will bring your morning coffee or your beers to the terrace. We did nothing really, except sit on the beach and enjoy the sun. A couple of days were windy so the sand got blown about - if we’d have stayed longer we might have invested in a wind break. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay in Matala. The appartement has a beautiful location with an amazing view over the beach, sea and caves of Matala. It was only 1 min walk to the main street, and 20 meters more to the beach. Loads of nice restaurants and bars on walking distance. The big plus for us was the private outdoor shower to shower off sand/sea water, and the big outdoor table with an incredible view. It was also a really short hike up to the top behind the appartment to watch the sunsets (on the way to the red beach). Ieronimoss was really helpfull with check-in and check-out. Recommended!
