Garage and space for 3 cars The residence is 900 m from Flamingo Beach, a revitalised waterfront, 1 km from the centre and the fish market, and 3 km from the calm Caiobá Beach. We are 200 m from the Soley bakery and 600 m from the Caopi supermarket. An excellent place to relax with the family, available all year round. The property is fully walled with an electronic gate It has spaces for pets.
