Estadia was great! The place is amazing, perfect for a surf trip! The house is located in the best place in Pico de Matinhos! The house offers everything a stay needs. We love and will be back!

We love the house! It met our expectations, very complete and equipped kitchen, it is wide and comfortable. It has a very complete market with butchery and bakery just around the corner, it is very close to the beach and has a very nice boardwalk for hiking. Amei, super recommend!!

My boyfriend and I love to stay there, in addition to a super beautiful, clean and cozy house, it's close to literally everything! The market was 2 minutes, the center super close, the beach too! When we need help to locate ourselves, they were super helpful, they met us on time, besides being attentive are very organized, everything has a tutorial, I've never stayed in such an organized place, congratulations!!

We were warmly welcomed by Nilton, Daniele and Vanessa. The house is close to everything, very cozy and complete, we felt at home. Bed and bath linens are well The hosts were very flexible with check-in and check-out times.

Very cozy house, like the photos of the listing, very complete, as we did not know the dressing room, it turned out that we did not do it and we did not go to many places, however we liked it very much and indicated to those who like a quiet place to spend a few days of vacation.

Estadia was wonderful, impeccable cleaning, good accommodations, very cool utensils that have everything we usually use tb, perfect. Voltaria again in the house for sure was very cool, very good space tb.

Great location, 5 minutes from the beach; for those looking for a quiet beach with few people! Luiz and Dona Glamir were great throughout the stay. I missed having mosquito screens on the windows, although there were fans on the hottest days, it wasn't enough. In addition, it's a great house to enjoy the holidays with the family! My pets felt at home. I'll be back more often!

Fairly spacious property. Very good outdoor pool area. Very safe area for pet. Large rooms with plenty of beds. Two independent and very comfortable suites. Well-equipped kitchen with everything you might need. Limpeza 10. Alexandre was very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend it.

We love the stay, cozy, all clean air-conditioning in all the bedrooms, large and clean pool, excellent laser area with barbecue, super attentive host, house is close to markets for bars and restaurants, it is very close to the beach that is also wonderful , the house has all the utensils such as liner towels and the like… we will go more often .

Great house for large groups! The house is huge, spacious and very well taken care of, ideal for large groups – we stayed in 15 people and we had a lot of comfort. Everything was clean and well organized. The pool was impeccable, and the place is quiet, perfect for rest, despite being a little away from the hustle. We very much like Host Daniele and the house. Very cozy house, spacious, fresh for hot days, leisure space ( pool and barbecue)excellent. It met our and our children's expectations. Sure we would return!! Thank you for days of guaranteed fun!!

Very good house, practically foot in the sand, well aired with the glass are open and were open during our stay, as it has grids at the front. The kitchen is quite complete, we use it a lot and we don't miss anything. It rained a lot, a lot even on our first day, but there was no leakage or infiltration problem. The third quarter is a suite and is in an edicle in the back, very good for those who want more privacy. The house has bedding, but since it is very close to the beach and is closed when it is without guests, it always smells of mold. Opening the windows practically solves, but for bedding I recommend washing before using or taking your own. It has a clothes washer, old, but it works well. The pool is good, clean and well cared for by a pool. The inner yard, where the pool is large and has clothes to dry the beach clothes and also has a large barbecue with an outdoor table and chairs. Anyway, a great cost benefit

very good house, better than we imagined... I only regret that the time did not help, with this nor can the pool be much used as there was no sun to warm...so I would like to go back again with. But the beds were comfortable, a well-equipped house, location allowed to find what I needed on foot. The beach was nearby, walked a little but arrived at the main seaside. Everything works perfectly.
