Tranquilo condominio cerrado compuesto de dos torres contemporáneas , que se encuentran a la vez insertadas en la principal arteria comercial de la ciudad. Mi propiedad dispone de maravillosas vistas al mar y a la playa desde todas sus estancias. Contrato arrendamiento urbano temporal ,por motivos profesionales, educación, turísticos.

Amazing apartment by the beach, excellent for vacations or work. Recently renovated with everything you will need. Cleaned and sanitized by a professional. Next to restaurants, bars, shopping, sport activities.. Free pickup from the airport, train or BUS station. Free early check-in and late check-out, due to availability from other reservations. Modern and cozy apartment, recently renovated. It has a quiet environment and you can enjoy a private garden. It's only a 5-minute walk to Matosinhos beach, metro station only 3-minute (25 min to the center of Porto). All around you will find restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. Very close to the city Park of Porto. Welcome! Notice: since the 1st of Jan of 2025 the city of Matosinhos implemented a city tax of 2 € per person per night, with a maximum of 7 nights, that we will charge on check-in.

A spacious bedroom features a comfortable double bed with blue linens and neatly arranged towels. Light-colored wallpaper and three framed artworks adorn the walls. Great apartment for families/friends. 4 min walk to the beach. 15 min to Porto city center by car. Bus/tube stations near by. A lot of fish restaurants around.
