ATTENTION: during April 2026 there are occasional renovation works on the rooftop terrace. Terrace and hot tub won't be available. Hence price reduction of 25%. For shared use with up to 4 other people, on the 2nd floor: rooftop terrace with hot tub and infinity pool 30 m2 water depth 30/110 cm, sunbeds, terrace furniture. Pool open 15.05.-30.09. Heated water. Parking space on the grounds by the house, always available and free of charge. Electric car charging possible (extra cost).

Very quiet residential area. Free parking space. The forest with paths for walking and hiking are just behind the house. Healthy living because ecological building materials were used. Uz privatnu saunu, uživat ćete u vrhunskom komforu i luksuzu. Apartment is located in a picturesque fishing village Volosko. It is a walking distance from the nearest beach (literally 2 minutes) that is very suitable for small children as well as grown ups. Volosko has a beautiful port, many restaurants, bars and galleries. Volosko is also the start of a great walking area by the sea - the Promenade of king Francis Joseph I. Habsburg (Lungomare - 12 km) that is filled with numerous beaches.

Kastav, a town fortified by a town wall with nine defensive towers, was built on the ridge of Karst mountain ( 377 meters above sea level ). It is situated very near from our " Pearl of the Adriatic " Opatija ( 6 kilometers ) and Rijeka ( 10 kilometers ) , only 20 kilometers from Rupa, the Croatio Slovenian border.

Vicinity of highway entrance for all directions (Istra, Briuni NP, Zagreb, Plitvice NP, North Adriatic Islands..). Close to the beach (5 min car drive). Nearest supermarket is at walking distance.
