Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

The Kite Villa in Punta Trettu is the newest accommodation available in Punta Trettu. It is a single house built with attention to every detail and furnished to meet all needs and ensure maximum comfort. The house consists of two very large double bedrooms, a bathroom complete with shower and a living room with a large kitchen, a table for six guests, a sofa and a sofa bed. The property is completed by a large terrace and a large private garden.
