The house literally facing the sea, rooms with a beautiful view. Sandra is very concerned about every detail and that nothing is missing at home (from Nova towel, garbage bags, spice, washing) the house is very well equipped, it is thermal and makes it hot despite it has no wood heating, quincho ideal since it is closed. The house is comfortable, has a beautiful view, the pool and jet as described in photos. It has a very good location, you can walk to the Paula beach and the Boulevard where there are places to eat and have a drink, with excellent view. Pablo is very attentive, he gave us a welcome gift and was always pending upon our arrival and anything we would need. The same Arturo, very friendly. He welcomed us and always showed willingness and interest to be able to help us in whatever way, he recommended some places to visit and was attentive to all our doubts. Excellent place to rest ☺️

Beautiful and spectacular cabana, equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. It has air conditioning, TV, Wifi. The place is quiet, safe and very well cared for, it is located near the center of the city where you can supply and has many panoramas to spend a few days relaxing; it is also located at the front of the spa of Machicura. We really enjoyed the pool, very well maintained and the best part of everything is that they accept pets! So I was delighted. Ulises was a very good host, I give us clear instructions for check-in and recommendations of all kinds so that our stay was perfect. Recommended, thanks!

very nice and cozy place, with the space and precise amenities for 2 people, the view and location with respect to the sea very good equally.. just as a touch I could improve what is roofing since if it rains it is impossible to be outside on the "terrace".. outside of that nothing to limit, very good 🫡

The House is excellent, very nice, spacious, very comfortable, well cared for, has everything and more. It has a spectacular terrace, very large, with several benches to sit and enjoy the best sunsets. Excellent location, in a quiet sector, you can walk to the beach ( less than 5 minutes), warehouses nearby. Claudia excellent host, very worried that everything was going well, she gave us a lot of information about the sector and how there was availability we leave check out flexible. The house is much better than in the pictures!! I recommend this house 100%.

Very kind Alejandro and his whole family, we shared very pleasant moments on our part and together. A beautiful place, with lots of fruit tree. Very close to the village if you want to go out and buy anything.

Andrea and her husband were very kind to us and Sienpre were attentive to help us in what we needed. It is appreciated that the accommodation was tidy and that it would have coffee, tea and sugar available at the time of arrival. Extremely recommended if one goes the path of searching for constitution due to its location.

Excellent apartment, very central, very clean and bright. I didn't notice that it doesn't include towels, but it was noted in the listing. Absolutely recommended.

The Department met all my expectations and much more. New, modern apartment, with everything at hand. Everything worked smoothly, from the access with security code, appliances, shower with instant hot water, etc, zero faults. Everything was very well organized, nice decor, great view of the city. The quality and comfort of a good bed and a good mattress for a really restful sleep is appreciated. TV with Streaming platforms, quite varied. If I go to Talca again, I'll go back to the same place.
