This space is super clean, bright and welcoming. Everything has been recently renovated -just for you! It is stocked full of amenities with a country chic vibe. We are situated in a lovely, safe community. We are a walkable distance from a park and nature trail on the Arkansas River.

Located in the center of Little Rock, access to anything is pretty easy. The guest bedroom has a comfy queen bed and drawers for clothes. Two large windows look out to a green space across the street. I use a private bathroom, so the gloriously pink bathroom will be reserved for guests. A wooden elevated deck out back is great for grilling and relaxing. Inside gas or wood fireplace and adjacent bricked patio is peaceful for unwinding.

The Layover is a located in the up and coming neighborhood of Pettaway and is located on the property of the main home. It's a 7 minute drive to the airport, 10 minute walk to the bustling area of SOMA, a 5 minute walk to MacArthur Park, and many more convenient close destinations. It's perfect if you have a quick stay in Little Rock or just need a place to rest and relax.
What guests are saying:“This was a phenomenal stay for us. We only stayed one night, but would have gladly stayed more. The room is very small - but was enough room for my wife and I and our big dog. Everything was SUPER CLEAN - it smelled good, everything looked like it had been just cleaned before we arrived, and it was clear that the host put a lot of work in to maintain the presentation. We got dinner from a restaurant that the host recommended (fantastic) and then walked to get ice cream. There is some highway noise when you're outside, but you honestly can't hear it inside - we both remarked that that was really nice. We slept great - bed and sheets were very comfortable and the in-unit AC allowed us to set it where we wanted! We would for sure stay here again, if we find ourselves going through Little Rock.”
