During your stay in our XL apartment, you will enjoy the view and the tranquility. Our house is located at 1100m above sea level at the end of a dead end street. Summer Lungaucard free! The center of Mauterndorf, the supermarket, the restaurants and the ski bus stop to Grosseck Speiereck and Obertauern, among others, are only a few minutes' walk away. Our guests appreciate the spacious living room, nice bathrooms, nice beds and the lovely sunny garden. XL also has its own outdoor fireplace.

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. The beautifully located chalet with stunning views of the Salzburg Dolomites is located in the middle of the 'Dachstein-West' ski resort at an altitude of about 900 m. The chalet is very cozy and modernly furnished with top amenities. Particularly noteworthy are 4 en-suite bedrooms, i.e. with a private bathroom with shower and toilet. Our highlight – heated outdoor swim spa with counter-current system. This opens and closes comfortably via an automatic electronic motor control.

Endlich Ruhe gives peace! It is a lovely large house, with a fine, enclosed garden. The house is on a cul-de-sac, behind the garden runs a stream. You can BBQ or read in the hammock. The children can play in the garden. The house borders the Sölktaler Naturpark, and is 15 km from the 4-Berge Skischaukel. The house is modernly furnished, with an eye for Austrian details. For winter sports enthusiasts, there is a heated ski room. You are most welcome!

Pistenblick Lodge

Pistenblick Lodge sleeps 8-10 people and has a cozy fully equipped kitchen. On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms equipped with TV. The main bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a bath tub. The other bedrooms share a shared bathroom where you will also find the washing machine and dryer. On the ground floor is the 4th bedroom with just opposite Also the bathroom with sauna and shower and a separate toilet.

Vacation home in a secluded location and with a great view

The vacation home with garden is in an idyllic location at 845 m above sea level in the municipality of Liebenfels, about 20 km from Klagenfur. From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.

Luxurious chalet in Murau near Kreischberg ski resort

Our stylish and luxurious alpine chalet is located at 1400 m above sea level. Enjoy the 80 m² terrace with panoramic sauna and jacuzzi. The secluded location makes our chalet with a bottle of wine from the in-house wine cellar something very special. In winter, the Kreischberg, Grebenzen and Lachtal areas invite you to ski. In summer, hikes and a visit to the district capital of Murau are recommended.
