Our guests appreciate the spacious living room, nice bathrooms, nice beds, and the lovely sunny garden. XL also has its own outdoor fireplace.

Our cottage is located just a little off the nearest traffic routes (street, train) and yet in the middle of nature at the foot of the mighty Grimming. It is only about 30 km to Schladming or Ausseerland. There are countless opportunities for sports enthusiasts, nature lovers or even those who want to unwind! Looking forward to seeing you soon ! The secluded location makes our chalet with a bottle of wine from the in-house wine cellar something very special. In winter, the Kreischberg, Grebenzen and Lachtal areas invite you to ski. In summer, hikes and a visit to the district capital of Murau are recommended.
