Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Maxéville

The apartment is very well located (close to the city center and close to Parc Sainte Marie) and the neighborhood is very pleasant and quiet. The apartment is also extremely well-equipped and functional. Parking space is a real plus. All these points make it a great place to stay during a visit to Nancy. The welcome by Nathaniel during the check-in went very well (Nathaniel is very friendly and accommodating).

The apartment is as described and quiet. It has everything you need. My daughters felt very much there and so did I:)

I highly recommend this listing! It is very spacious and well furnished. All bedrooms have a very comfortable bed and the kitchen is also well equipped. In addition, the accommodation is well located 5 minutes from the city center with the possibility of walking. Jules was a great host, very welcoming and very responsive, always available to help us. We had a great stay!

We had a wonderful weekend in Nancy, the apartment is quiet and yet you are quickly in the city center on foot, just around the corner is a park. We found everything we needed and the balcony was a dream.

I would recommend the accommodation offered by Josette, the accommodation is very clean and very large with an office area for remote working. Super quiet area. Josette is a really welcoming host.

We slept 3 nights. The city center is a short walk away. Beautiful decor and everything was present. Quick response and communication. Would be subject to repetition.

We spent a few days in this lovely little house and we don't regret our choice. The house is very beautiful, bright, clean, well equipped, everything is done to feel at home! Communication with Patricia was perfect. It's a great place to enjoy nature. Only small downside, the house is along a busy street so you can hear traffic. But that doesn't stop you from enjoying the place:)

We spent 2 days here with family for my daughter's 1st birthday and we loved it! Everything was very clean, tidy and Christelle was very responsive when needed. The little extra, the little biquettes that delighted our little girl (and the surprise snow that fell yesterday morning). Thanks again for hosting us!

More than pleasantly surprised by Victor's house. First of all, it is ideally located, 15 minutes from downtown Nancy, in a very nice neighborhood. As soon as you enter the house, you feel very good there. First of all, the quality of the house, with superb decor, flawless cleanliness, useful and practical amenities, rooms with beds and bedding where we are happy to fall asleep and where we sleep like babies. The living room is perfect, cozy, the kitchen is at the top with everything you need to have the meals of the day, the bathroom is perfect, well arranged, with a real shower and for those who stay a little longer washing machine and dryer. Finally, the exteriors: first of all a parking lot that allows you to park easily, and a superb terrace where we are happy to meet. This property is perfect, at an unbeatable price. beautiful charming home in the middle of a peaceful and natural environment. The perfect place to meet and enjoy time together. the accommodation is very well equipped and the hotel is very friendly and responsive. we had a wonderful weekend with the family and we highly recommend this listing.

We stayed for a week at Simon's place. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood. Cleaning was spotless and the bedding was very comfortable. The new trolley line passes very close to the accommodation and connects the center (Place Stanislas) very quickly. We just noticed that some dishes and utensils were missing. Simon was a very responsive host. I would this property.

A great base for exploring this region. Space is lighter than it looks on the photos. A very hard bed though. When the weather is nice, the terrace is nice. And Odile and Francis are very welcoming and nice.

We rode two bikes along the Camino de Santiago and needed a place to stay for the night. Axel got in touch super quickly and we were therefore able to spend a great evening and a quiet night in his place. The place is exactly as described and the nearby area is great too. We were eating something in the evening in a restaurant across the street, which tasted very good and is recommended. Thank you Axel for the great accommodation, we can only recommend it.

We (2 adults and one child) had a great time at Guillaume's place. It is comfortable, clean and organised. You will find everything you need to cook or have a quick breakfast. The place is with walking distance of the main attractions. There is a very nice Aquarium museum close by the apartment. The bus stop is very close and free during the weekend.

Marie is great, the apartment also, as advertised, I recommend it without problem. Best Bruno
