Monthly Rentals in Mayflower Village

I stayed here for three weeks. It's a great value for mid to long term stays. The house is spotless. The bed is firm and comfortable. The other tenants were quiet and respectful during my tenure. I didn't see any bugs, except for the occasional spider in the bathtub. It's in a safe, residential neighborhood with easy access to the freeway and good restaurants, golf courses, etc. There's a McDonald's and a grocery store within walking distance. The room unfortunately does not have a TV nor computer monitor, so I had to buy one for my stay. Not a big deal, though. My only complaint would be that the walls are thin. The neighbors in the house nextdoor were noisy during my first week. Luckily, that didn't persist into weeks 2 & 3. Regardless, I didn't feel comfortable freely talking on the phone, or playing music because of how easily sound traveled. Still, though, I was satisfied with my experience as a whole, and would definitely stay here again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay in Rebecca’s guest suite. The neighbourhood is very quiet and there was tons of street parking available. Check in was easy. The guest suite looked exactly like the photos. I loved the snacks that Rebecca provided and there were water bottles for us as well as a Brita in the fridge. Rebecca checked in with us frequently and was there to offer any recommendations if we needed them. We would absolutely return! Thank you for everything.

Another great stay at John's

We’re Eaton Canyon fire evacuees, & we stayed in this lovely place in Mayflower Village. Neighborhood is quiet & safe, & we felt comfortable staying here 4 weeks. Unit had thoughtful things: snacks, coffee, kitchen & bath towels, spices, utensils, cookware, & toiletries.   Unit B is 1 of 4 units on the property (house split in 2, garage apt & back ADU). All the units have their own, secure, entrances & a nice, shared backyard. Shared coin-op washer and dryer. Unit B has nicely remodeled kitchen with lots of cabinet & counter space & a new fridge; all units were remodeled. The main bedroom is spacious with a large TV & dining table/4 chairs. 2nd bedroom has desk, which I used as home office, & there’s a shared bathroom with walk-in shower.   Host Krissy was sweet & accommodating. She responded to messages quickly & came by same day to bring what we needed.   If looking for a home away from home or have family in town, this is the perfect place. Bonus points if you like beds a bit firm.
