We have created a house based on the concept of rest, the most important aspect of which is a pleasant, soothing and satisfying atmosphere of relaxation. We are located on the outskirts, away from the noise and hustle and bustle of big cities, in Cerkiewnik. This small, truly beautiful and natural village is surrounded by the Łyna valley and located on Lake Limajno.

"Chlewik" is an old pigsty converted into a climatic loft-style apartment. The property is located close to the center in the spa town of Gołdap. We offer a quiet and peaceful place with access to the garden and attractions for children. During your stay, you can make your time more pleasant by renting a hot tub or sauna (extra charge). There is a place for a bonfire or barbecue. We offer the possibility of ordering meals from the Matrioszka restaurant with delivery. We only accept small dogs for an additional fee

Kotowo is a town located close to the beautiful city of Lidzbark Warm, where there are Warmia Thermal Baths and Tężnie. You can also organize a starting point for visiting Warmia, which is a very charming and surprising land. Łyna is the largest river in Warmia and Mazury, you can kayak, fish and walk along the wild banks of the river.

At your disposal, we offer the only year-round cottage on a 2.5 ha plot with a large private, stocked pond, a jetty and a sandy beach. Around us you will find several dozen kilometers of bike paths ideal for walking, Nordic walking, cross-country skiing, sleigh rides or bike tours.
