We invite you to a comfortable year-round cottage located on Lake Wadąg, in a closed settlement in Szypra. The lake is in a quiet zone. A friendly place for anglers and mushroom pickers. The cottage has an area of 102 m2 in a terraced building (4 cottages). At your disposal will be: three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with a kitchenette and fireplace, as well as a terrace and garden. The beach with a jetty for the exclusive use of the residents of the settlement and guests is located about 90 m from the door of the cottage.

Treat yourself to rest and quiet. We invite you to the magical village of Łajs, on the border of Warmia and Mazury, among forests and lakes. There are 3 forest roads leading to Łajs. There is no asphalt, no shop, no bar. Here you will be enchanted by the hum of the forest, sunsets over the lakes, clean water and something you will not find anywhere else. This place deserved only beautiful houses with dreams and pines around. Sąsny is a family work. The houses fit into the local architecture while guaranteeing comfort and convenience.

Holiday Home - Dream Corner

The facility to which we invite you is a newly opened, modern, 2-room with a living room and kitchen, fully equipped, comfortable house, located on a separate, large, beautifully organized plot. It is an unusual, charming place, surrounded by greenery on all sides. The 800 sq meters plot is 180 meters away from the shore of the very clean (1st class of cleanliness) Lake Łęsk. Walking along the lake shore (5 minutes) you will see a communal swimming area with a large pier. The view from the cottage is directly onto the forest.

A cozy, intimate cottage and a large green plot for relaxation. You can enjoy the view of the lake from the plot as well as from the cottage itself, whether in the morning without leaving the bed or in the evening warming up by the fireplace. The atmosphere of relaxation, wonderful view of the lake, peace and quiet is a great option for people who want to take a break from the routine of a big city. For active people, there is a tennis court, a football field and a basketball hoop (schedule of use available on site).

Our wooden cottage has been designed to be modern and functional. We tried to blend in perfectly with the surroundings and not to disturb the nature that surrounds us from all sides. Our small village has not succumbed to time, everything works here as before. There is no shop, no restaurant, no tourists, only silence and nature. The village is surrounded by meadows and the Puszcza Piska forest, 10 km to the nearest towns. Cranes and countless water birds invite you to a daily spectacle. Here you will find peace

Masuria by the Lake

It’s all about nature! This adorable wooden cottage is located on a little slice of lakeside wilderness. It is serene, peaceful located 3km from the main road 63 and motorized boats are not allowed on the lake. You'll be surrounded by mature trees and a variety of birds and animals. There is a private, sandy lakeshore with its own big T-shape dock. It's perfect for swimming, fishing, and relaxing. The cottage is private,clean and comfortable. Perfect for people who love nature and want to relax!

Objekt hat 2 Etagen; im Erdgeschoss Wohnraum mit Küchenzeile (Kühlschrank, Induktionsherd, Backofen, Geschirrspüler) und Bad (Dusche, Waschbecken, WC). Im Obergeschoss befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer. Heizung: Elektro/Kaminof. Überdachte Terrasse. Grill, Räucherkammer, Feuerstelle, Boot im Preis inbegriffen.

Waterfront Paradise - lake, views, veranda (#2)

The former farm has been converted into a home for lovers of peace and nature. Located on a spacious plot with a fairytale view of your 'own' lake from the veranda. Fully equipped with -among others- a fire pit by the lake, a bbq, a lovely fireplace in the livingroom, a spacious kitchen, a good shower, wonderful beds and views to just dream away... The entire (fenced) plot is available to our guests, dogs are welcome. (The farm is split into two houses - possible to book together as one house.)

Cosy wooden house with private beach, jetty, rowing boat and fantastic view of the lake and surrounding trees. Finished to a high standard, 2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and large terrace, all designed having comfort and satisfaction of our guests in mind. On the fenced plot around the house, apart from a bonfire place with handmade benches and comfortable hammocks, you can find a lot of green space enabling all kinds of family recreation and relax.

Our cottage, located in Lelkowo, is an ideal base for discovering the charms of Natangia, the historical name of this part of Warmia. We offer a wooden cottage, a wood-fired sauna, a garden hot tub with hydromassage and an apitherapy house. Lelkowo is located near the Green Velo bicycle trail, which attracts lovers of active cycling recreation. While traversing these routes, you can admire the picturesque landscapes, learn about the local flora and fauna, and discover traces of history.

WOW! What a View! (What a view!) - nothing reflects the character of the place better than the admiration of our friends on the terrace just before sunset... The apartment is so close to Lake Drwęcki that you can almost touch the surface. With morning coffee on the terrace, it is difficult to be objective, so we subjectively declare that you will not find anything better in this part of the world :-) See for yourself... Miłuki 127

A comfortable, two-story summer house from 2021 in Miłuki in the municipality of Pasym in Masuria is a perfect place to relax surrounded by nature. The cottage is located in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, surrounded by nature, forest, in close proximity to the quiet zone of Lake Kalwa.
