A new, bright house (140 m2) in the heart of green Vermont. The house is on a 2,500 m2 lot with picturesque views of the hills and forests. The dwelling is located in the village of Ruś, 7km from Olsztyn, on a hill, next to several houses. Spacious living room, kitchen, fireplace, sauna, large, bright terrace, BBQ grill, large garden, swings, hammocks, table tennis table. There are four bedrooms that can accommodate up to 11 people (3+3+3+2). Two bathrooms (each with toilet and shower) and an extra toilet.

Welcome to this enchanted place. I'll tell you a story. Onceupon a time there was a little girl who dreamed of owning her own mini playhouse. Who on the day of Her Dad decided to fulfill this dream and built her this cottage. This happened 18 years ago, a year ago the house was renovated so that now it could enjoy others. I would like everyone to feel special here and find in himself this little child who has found here the place of his dreams.

The terrace overlooks the garden and the lake - it is a great place to relax by the grill, outdoors, and active recreation. The cottage is located on a shared plot of land with a larger house that is sometimes inhabited - there is also an outgoing cat. For this reason, we ask that the dogs of guests are non-aggressive.
