Monthly Rentals in McDowell Mountains

Great little place near Mayo's Phoenix and Scottsdale campuses, we were able to move in quickly and get settled. Some USPS mail did not arrive, and there is no ethernet port in the office, but all UPS and Amazon packages arrived properly and the modem is just around the corner from the office desk and a 20ft cable got me connected nicely. Overall I'm grateful this place was available when transplant time arrived unexpectedly, would absolutely book it again!

My wife and I really enjoyed this condo - it was very clean, well laid out and the location was hard to beat! A plus was meeting some of the neighbors and having a beer with some other visitors that were also staying in the complex. Really pretty grounds, condo was comfortable and host was top notch so it would be an easy decision to stay here again!

Angie’s place was just as pictured. Extra amenities greatly appreciated- washer/dryer/supplies for laundry & cooking. Towels/sunscreen for pool areas. Easy in/out of condo. Bed & pillows were very comfortable- slept very well! Didn’t use the 2nd bedroom/office but looked to have great amenities for remote working including printer/other office supplies. Patio area off dining area was good for listening to the birds, relaxing. Angie quickly replied to questions we had before & after arrival - within minutes.

The place is great!! Great location for what I was there for! Lots of places to go that around there! Wish they had televisions in the bedrooms. But the place is really nice and peaceful.
