Living room has large TV/videogames and sofa bed, small dining area. Rec room has pingpong/pooltable/foosball/toys/games/ double bed/ blackout curtain; stacking washer/dryer. We live upstairs with a locked door separating us. Patio with table/chairs and yard. We are in the back of a subdivision where it is quiet. (No parties.)
