Your own vacation home on the lake - get out...

In the spring of 2020, we acquired the property, which has 5 vacation homes. We lovingly renovated this first one, No. 7/4, in 2020 and YOU can come. The pretty vacation home has a living room with kitchen and dining area, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a nice private terrace on the south side. It is partially covered and there is also an awning for the particularly sunny days. The property has its own access to the lake and a jetty with a swimming ladder.

Pinnow is 5 km from the island of Usedom (25 min by car to the Baltic Sea beach). In the village there is a restaurant, a snack bar and the large swimming lake, which can also be explored with an Anka (rowboat) for rent or also for fishing enthusiasts. The surroundings can be explored in peace on the bike paths. The bungalow has a bedroom with sofa bed, a 2nd bedroom with double bed, kitchen, bathroom with toilet and shower. In this cozy accommodation for 2 - 4 people you will certainly feel very comfortable. The 55 sqm will be furnished with many individual details. We are still in the process of renovation, photos of the interior will follow. It is possible to have a completely secluded holiday or to seek encounters with the guests of the 3 glamping tents. BasseO 250 meters to the lake

We rent our nice little cottage 27m2, 2min walking distance from Wandlitzsee to Strandbad 3min to Surfyng club about 5min, 500m from Wandlitzsee BHF. Baker, shopping or restaurants are within walking distance. Bus stop in front of the door, nearby Berlin, other lakes in the vicinity Wifi is not available everywhere.
