beautyful Apartment at the sea

we say welcome! Our beautyful Apartment is located on the seaside of a large lake called the "bodden". You only have to walk about 10 minutes to reach the baltic sea and its endless sandy beaches! Its very quiet out here, no streets, no shopping malls... perfect for relaxing and find yourself! Our apartement has 3 rooms (2 Bedrooms and 1 living room with kitchen) and 1 bath with shower. Overall you have 45 squaremeters. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything u need. also you have a SAT-TV and a stereo. Parkingspace is right round the corner. We have very good restaurants round here, everything reachable by bike! Enjoy one of the most beautieful areas from Germany with a glass of wine in your hand while watching the sun goes down... even in summer or winter! We hope to welcome you and your friends soon! So green in the middle of Berlin! 7 minutes to the train and subway!

Only about 7 minutes from the S-Bahn and U-Bahn station "Wuhletal" is Berlin-Kaulsdorf, until 100 years ago a village, now one of the greenest districts of the city. Here is your spacious terraced house in a small courtyard complex with villa, terraced house with 6 parties, the carports, large garden and access to a field, where you can make an extended jogging tour. You can get to the city center quickly. The nearest supermarket is about 600 meters away, others are about 1 km away. Organic market 2 km/1 U-Bahn station.

A house for old and young people where everyone can feel comfortable. Just a 5-minute walk from the castle park and the shores of Lake Grienerick is our spacious and cozily furnished townhouse with fireplace, large terrace, balcony and garden that invites you to relax and enjoy. In summer, you can listen to the sounds of the chamber opera of the Rheinsberg Castle for free from the terrace. Surrounded by numerous lakes and forests, recreation is preprogrammed.

Large holiday flat in Peetzig am See

The large holiday flat in our house in Peetzig am See. Quietly located in the wonderful nature of the Uckermark. The bathing area of the Peetzigsee is 200 metres away, the garden of the house can be used completely. Bicycles, fire bowl, SUP board, natural pool, barbecue and fireplace are available free of charge. For the hot tub and sauna we charge a one-time usage fee/flat rate of 20 €. You may share the garden with guests of the other apartment.

Right on the beach - tranquility and comfort on 200 m²

The property is separated from Lake Plau by only a low-traffic side road. The amenities leave nothing to be desired. In front of the house is a beach with seasonal gastronomy. In a few minutes you can reach two restaurants, a kiosk, the marina with motorboat rental and the ferry terminal. A parking space for two vehicles is right by the house. Linens and towels are included in the price. The house was completely renovated in February 2019.

There is ample parking space located in front of the property. The apartment is a converted farm worker's cottage of the Frankenthal estate with strong visible beams.
