There's a full eat in kitchen and two additonal outdoor dining areas. One off the bedroom veranda and one off the downstairs kitchen entrance. Lounge in the upstairs living room with large picture windows to take in the scenery. Full bath features a deep Jacuzzi tub and a large shower. Large BR with a Queen mattress has a sitting area + door out to the veranda.

Relax on the screened portal and enjoy the music of the river with all its wildlife to entertain you. Old timers says this might be one of the best fly fishing spots on the river. This cozy 2-story home sits on 10 acres in the Chama River Valley, with views of Cerro Pedernal and the mountains. Rustic, cozy, with all basic amenities. Ideal for the solo artist or couple. Hiking + hot springs nearby, including Ghost Ranch, Poshuouingue ruins & Ojo Caliente Springs! Most pets are welcome (for a pet fee).
