The property is immaculately maintained, evoking a tropical ambiance reminiscent of a beach theme. The cleanliness is exceptional, and the space accurately reflects the provided descriptions and photographs. Notably, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the air conditioning and ceiling fan ensured a comfortable temperature. The neighborhood is remarkably quiet, although limited activities are available in the immediate area. However, nearby attractions can be easily accessed via Uber, with fares approximating $17. Our stay was an authentic Puerto Rican experience, which we thoroughly enjoyed with our family. One delightful aspect was the nightly visit from a friendly cat, who would join us on the porch, creating a pleasant atmosphere.

Muchos Gracia! Giusti is a great host. Friendly responsive and helpful! One of the better Airbnbs in Puerto Rico. Low pressure but actually hot water at both shower and sink. Real windows and Sealed Screens. Clean Comfortable Cool and Quiet. Good Washer and Dryer. Bed is comfortable and on the firm side. Not Beachfront as advertised but short walk To Myemal and Kikitta. Kitchen is cute and basic. Sink is small but leak free and properly installed under the counter rather than on top and uncaulked like too many other places. No oven pretty much 1 and a half burners. Great for 1 pot meals or simple reheat but a bit challenging to prepare a proper multi course meal. Great place to stay on our way back to the Airport in San Juan!
