Apartment holiday rentals in Medianía Baja

This property in Loiza was the perfect location to everything. good distance to lot of activities we wanted to do. It was very easy to find. The home inside was exactly as described. It was very nice to have chairs and beach towels to use for the beach! We visited many of the surrounding beaches but the beach that is right behind the property is very nice too. Super peaceful.

Couldn't have been more surprised and excited about the amazing beach just steps away. It was gorgeous, quiet, and private. The beach was so clean and the water was gorgeous. Loved that it wasn't touristy. Didn't want to leave!!!

This place was everything we needed! Beautiful, clean and super peaceful! We enjoyed every minute we spent in this condo and we were lucky to found it! Paola was also such a great host, always responsive and welcoming. If you’re looking for a safe place for your family, this is the one!

gated complex. beach side was nice as well as the pool. Outside the gated portion it's sketchy and roads are awful. it worked for us but some might not like it due to the area it's in. Rafael was responsive, however the local rental agency he uses isn't. Ex: they told us to park in B-157 but the numbers only went up to 156. i messaged them to ask where to park and they never answered. i also messaged them asking for instructions to turn on the livingroom AC and they never answered. they use a 'digital concierge '. we found it annoying to use. we'd prefer a binder in the unit. the agency sent us one to a completely different condo complex. when i contacted Rafael he was usually able to help. Biggest complaint i had was that they don't keep a remote for the minisplit in the condo for renter to regulate the AC. we were supposed to contact them so they could adjust the temp remotely, LOL. they also forgot to turn it on at our arrival. i dont think that's reasonable at this point

This was our second time staying at anfitrion’s place in aquatika and it was great. So nice to be able to walk to pools and the beach.

Had a wonderful vacation for 12 days! This space was perfect for my needs. Thank you so much.

The place was amazing. The villa was very clean, it had everything that we needed and the host was very responsive and answered any questions I had. The pools were beautiful and clean. Highly recommend this place!

The place is well maintained and nice location. Private beach access is cool. The main security staff are very nice and always friendly. The house provides two beach chairs and they are very useful. The place is fellt like a home. Damaris is very responsive. Highly recommended.

Really appreciate Hugo for all that he did. My family and I had to book this Airbnb last minute and he accepted right away and even allowed us to check in early. My family is very appreciative and we hope to stay here again in the future! Thank you!!

Never have been to Puerto Rico before. Vacationed other places around the area. Fred and Vanes response time was the best I had ever dealt with on Airbnb. The place was super clean, there was little to no bugs. All the directions were accurate. When we had our time there, we experienced a power outage. Which we were freaking out about food, charging phones, what to do. The host communicated all the time with us, There is a back up stove/grill, there is also flash lights. It was tough to gauge what was going on and what to do. Fred and Vane shared with us that they don't know when the power would be back on. Met some of their neighbors out in the hallways and they were amazing and supportive (water, ice bags, what to do in the situation) Fred and Vane also shared with us great hidden beaches, places to eat, and where to go during the day to enjoy Puerto Rico. We did all of their suggestions and it was an amazing time. I would 100% rent from them again. If i could leave a tip I would.

This place was amazing. You get so much for the price…the pools, the beach, everything. The apartment was beautiful and spacious. Lots of room to relax and full of chairs, balls, a beach wagon, a cooler, and umbrella…everything you need for a beach day. This was our first time in Puerto Rico and my favorite thing to do on the whole trip was just hang out at the apartment with the pools and beach within walking distance.

The unit was great and comfortable. It had everything we needed for the beach. The kids enjoyed the pool toys and floating vests! This was a great plus for me. We enjoyed our time there at the pools and at the beach. I appreciated the security and the amenities at the location. The host was available and very responsive. I appreciated Norka's communication.

The property was fabulous, we had a quick walk to the private beach, a quick walk to the hot tub, a quick walk to the heated pool. We really enjoyed the roof top at night. The air conditioning in all the bedrooms was wonderful. We stopped at the Walmart about 20 minutes away and stocked the refrigerator and bought items for laundry. We will plan on staying at this property again. The miniature golf needs work but that is a property issue. The basketball court was fun, and the big water slide come on every Saturday and Sunday. We are thankful for the memories made at Aquatika.

This is the second time my family and I stay and this place. It’s a great location with a few pools to choose from whenever you want to go for a swim. Specially if you have little ones, this is the ideal place. I would definitely stay again.
