Very scenic, perfect spot for our family of 4! Direct view of the beach, and a great balcony. There are some things worth knowing before you go: APARTMENT - There is no soap / shampoo, cooking oil, or laundry detergent - You'll have to bring a lot of basics, which is a bummer bc that's tough to bring on a flight - Beach chairs, towels, minigolf supplies were provided - There is no grill -A/C is in bedrooms only AQUATIKA - This is a gated community, not a resort. Great pools, great beach, but no restaurants or anything like that... not even a vending machine on the grounds - Good security - The lazy river is out of service. Would've been nice to know - Water slide and other water amenities are noted as open Fri-Sun, but were not turned on at all Fri / Sat... maybe they are on Sunday? - Pools were still great tho, never overcrowded & great for kids - The private beach is calm, great for kids with a reef protecting against huge waves - Stray dogs / cats on the grounds, friendly

extremely clean and homely apartment in the house there is a lot that you can take with you to the beach also for active rest as well as a cooler and many other things. clean, beautiful, everything works. we really liked it

Laura’s condo was spectacular my family of five enjoyed every minute of it. From waking up in the morning to going out on the balcony and watching the waves crash was probably my favorite part to start my day. The unit it self was very clean up to date and very homie from our home away from home. We stayed at another unit earlier in the week and we had groceries that were In The fridge we got ahold of Laura and she let us put our cold stuff in the fridge until we could get into the unit for check in which saved us hundreds of dollars so we didn’t have to throw our groceries away. She had her property manager Juan Carlos reach out to us and in 5 mins he got ahold of us and lets us put our things in the fridge. While we were there Juan Carlos would send us text messages where to eat and what there is to do on the island. Which was a hugh help for our first time. We had family game night every night because of the games that were provided. I can’t wait to book our next Christmas trip here

The complex is wonderful with many pools & sports available. Great for those traveling with children. This unit is a 3rd floor walk up beach front;spiral staircase to upper level that has half bath, living area with tv and door to rooftop & large gas grill. AC throughout. The ‘lazy river’ was closed for refurbishing. It is a far walk from unit so not an issue. Pools open till 1am. The beach is secluded with shaded areas which is very nice. The unit does not have wash clothes or laundry detergent. Kitchen had basic seasoning & coffee filters. In the closet there is large cooler(no wheels), 2 folding chairs, mini golf clubs/balls, a float, beach ball, arm floats and basketball/volley balls. There was an air pump which is useful. There is a small convenience store outside the gates & Walmart 20 minutes away. The town bakery is a must visit, it is one of the few places close to eat during the week. Location is in middle between luquillo & pinones beaches. Recommend rental car.

Costamar beach village has well maintained grounds and buildings. It’s located a short distance from beaches, San Juan, El Yunque, and a super Walmart for supplies. The pool was clean and refreshing, there is a small beach with shade if you decide to stay local for a day. Yvette keeps a super clean place and the atmosphere in the complex was friendly

The condo we stayed at was great! The rooftop deck was larger than I expected and had so much seating area. The location was great. About 30 minutes from the airport and 20-30 minutes to all the many excursions I booked.

Good place. Clean, exactly as pictures show. Host very responsive. Would book again. Was good week away from the cold.

using google maps takes you to the back side of the complex. need to go around. went to El Parrilla, Carretera 187 Km. 23.5, Loíza, 00772 was the best meal i had in PR.

Alli’s place was just as expected. Lots of little things left for you to make the first day easy like trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, and toilet paper. It is a little bit of a walk to the beach. We had power outage issues (as did all of PR) but Alli and Derek were very responsive to help us navigate. They are very knowledgeable of the area. Our kids loved the experience. No issues with security. A short drive from the airport to give you the feeling of not being in “the city” but still close enough to everything you need.

Comfortable place, it is safe, right by a private beach and pool which is a great vibe for Puerto Rico. Very responsive as well when we had questions about anything in the unit.

Great stay they really are superhosts! We were a family of 7 with 2 babies. Apt had everything we needed including things like children's swim vests, toys, and upon request highchairs + baby cribs. Beautiful pool view from flat and close walk to the private beach. Pablo was quick to help with concerns regarding water boiler and local recs for nearby groceries. Would stay again in a heartbeat! This is an excellent location to stay when visiting Puerto Rico! Central to many beaches and very close to El Yunque! The private beach was awesome and the place is private and safe to walk around and enjoy a morning run. Thank you to Luis for allowing us to have a great experience in Puerto Rico.

Fabian’s condo was wonderful for our family. Everything was clean and in good condition. The pools are beautiful and clean. Some pools are heated and others aren’t so you get a nice choice. There are many friendly animals (dogs, cats, chickens) roaming the area which is sort of fun. The animals don’t bother with you they just hang out. The beach is small but private and a good place to hang out. The location is close to the rainforest and the main departure sites for many activities however the local town has very little to do. Overall a really great place to stay while enjoying Puerto Rico.

Comfortable and accommodating stay with easy beach access, and you can walk down to the beach to get to town easily! We would absolutely come back again. Very comfortable stay for two couples, and it seems like it would be quite comfortable for six people as well.

Fantastic place! Beautiful home and location was fabulous, lots of activities fir the kids and great food and music nearby. Will definitely stay again when I return to PR.

The entire family enjoyed our week at Jeanette’s beautiful condo! The private beach and pool were unbeatable, and we loved the rooftop terrace, hammock, and ocean view. The kids especially appreciated the Ms. Pac-Man game and karaoke machine. The condo had everything we needed for a wonderful week and was a great base from which to explore Puerto Rico!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly what we needed—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The host was responsive and accommodating, making our experience even better. We would definitely return and highly recommend this Airbnb to others!

Jose’s place is perfect between all of the excursions for us and we were so glad we chose to be here instead of old San Juan. It was secured with 24/7 guards, great community and a few steps away from the beach. It is as described with all the amenities. Don’t hesitate to book here!

We had a great stay. Aquátika is quiet by resort standards and the condo was beautifully updated. Plenty of space, very well stocked and furnished. The pool areas are plentiful. Only downside when we were there was the lazy river was drained and being repaired. That still leaves 4 or 5 other pools though! There is a basketball court and large tennis / pickleball courts that have lights. Really useful!

From start to finish, we were not once disappointed with this BNB. Jay was responsive and very helpful from check in to check out. This location is great. There is a well-stocked local supermarket just a few minutes' walk from location. The pool is well maintained and clean, the beach that is on premise is very nice and relaxing. The price of the accommodation was well worth it, the security on premise is adequate and helpful for recommendations.

Total our group had 16 people, and we occupied 3 separate condos. This one was by far the most updated and functional. The other penthouse rooftop had no roof covered area so the outdoor seating got wet, but Ruths place has a nice lean-to roof protecting most of it from the nightly rains. Other condo also had a hot tub on the roof, but who needs a hot tub in the tropics. The additional outdoor seating was a much better use of the space. Overall, it was a great space, but at a premium cost.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Anytime I had a question With was quick to respond. The AC was a nice reprieve from the heat, and the beds were comfortable and provided a restful night of sleep. The condo was very clean and welcoming. The kids enjoyed the basketball court and the pools. Hopefully we can enjoy the lazy river the next time we come back. The unit is very secure within a gated community, but the neighborhood felt very safe, and we walked to a delicious dinner at a restaurant just down the road. We also attended a church service in the neighborhood and felt very welcomed. My only suggestion might be to beef up the kitchen equipment offerings a bit (maybe include some bar/casserole type dishes like a 9x13 pan, a few more plates, bowls and glasses given the unit accommodates 7 people, and dish soap and a kitchen towel for drying dishes) but we survived with what was provided. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

My family & I chose this location as it was between Ceiba Ferry, El Yunque, and Other stuff we wanted to do, and San Juan. Upon arrival there is security and they couldnt find me, and didnt let me in( WHICH IS GREAT! The security was very good) i messaged the Host and quickly was let in ! There is a Mercado around the corner and SOO MANY local restaurants. We were able to try so many Puerto Rican Food, which was why we wanted to go to PR. San juan is not so far, maybe like 30-40 minutes depending on traffic. Any question we had, we would message the host / Cohost and quickly were responded too. I really enjoyed the view from the condo, the neighbors were very friendly, I even made friends there. There is 2 pools, a hot tub, a kids park, and a beach access directly from the condo! I would LOVEEE to live here forever! The condo was very nice and clean. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen; a small, But VERY convenient and useful Laundry Room. Overall, i 100% recommend this AirBnb.
