It has a spectacular balcony, with armchairs and a barbecue area, where you can see the sea from a view of the entire Itapema and Meia-Praia beaches. The apartment is close to supermarkets, Havan, restaurants, bars, public transportation and the city center. You'll love our space because it's in the quietest part of the beach. Our apartment is excellent for couples and families (with kids).

Tem churrasqueira, internet, garagem, 2 quartos (01 suíte com cama de casal) e 2 camas de solteiro, 01 banheiro social, apto todo mobiliado e cozinha completa. Toalha de banho e roupas de cama. Não temos guarda-sol e cadeiras, mas é possível alugar numa barraca em frente ao apartamento :) OBS: no momento há uma obra próxima em andamento (fase de finalização)
