(parties prohibited) Quiet house, located 800 m from the village of Saint Jean de Maruéjols where you have everything at your fingertips, (restaurant, local producers nearby, artisanal butcher, artisanal delicatessen, artisanal bakery, grocery store, etc...). There's loads to discover with the different seasons. There are plenty of places to visit (village that is 15 minutes from the Ardèche) Lots of beautiful rivers a few kilometers away.

This old barn dating from the 15th century was a silk factory! With an area of 75 square meters, it is composed of a large living room with open kitchen, sitting area with sofa bed, wood-burning stove..., and upstairs a large bedroom with bathroom. I rent the ground floor of a stone house located in the heart of the village. The house is old but it has been renovated to provide all the comforts necessary for your stay. I accept arrivals and departures every day. I'm available for your questions if needed. I live on the first floor of the house with my partner and our dog (no cohabitation issues). We also have chickens at the bottom of the meadow. Lovers of the countryside, welcome.
