The accommodation (old barn) is comfortable and made of natural materials (pisé, tomettes, oil dye). Insulation and temperature are optimized (warm in winter, cool in summer). The location is ideal: Rennes (13 km), St-Malo (63 km), Mt St Michel (57 km). The village with all shops is 2 km away.

We are located near Cap Malo (cinema, bowling alley, shops, golf, restaurants ...), and 200 m from a bakery, and a farmer's relay. Ideal also for someone coming to work on Rennes and wanting to avoid downtown Rennes

L'entrée du logement est indépendante. Depuis août 2024, vous pouvez profiter d’un espace terrasse et son petit salon extérieur qui sont privatifs au studio. Old farm building recently refurbished in the country side with a big garden. 4 to 6 persons can easily stay with modern confort. The setting is pleasant, calm and relaxing. Only 20 mins from Rennes town center and only 50 mins from St Malo. Ideal for family vacation with or without kids.

Located in a house from the end of the 18th century, our small 50 m2 accommodation is cozy and warm. It has been renovated with wood, lime, earth walls, hemp wool insulation... heating with a pellet stove. Everything to feel at home, sheltered, in the countryside, but close to the city.
