Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Melfi

Enza was an excellent host, we are very happy that we decided to rent this apartment. The apartment was exactly as described and was exceptionally clean, she provided lots of snacks and coffee for our stay, and she provided prompt communication. The apartment was fully equipped for virtually everything you could need and the location in centro storico was fantastic. Grazie Enza!

Exceptional host, always responsive, answered all our questions and concerns! He waited for us when we arrived, he welcomed us as if we were friends! The house is brand new, with all the comforts, just as described! I wanted to make a note in the welcome that was more than great! Water, coffee, juices and stats for children, oil of their production, makeup and basic kits, biscuits and taralli! These are small precautions that in my opinion still make arrival welcoming! The Host is very nice, very helpful and always available to give directions! I also specify that the house is equipped with very quiet fixtures! Although in the center, a 5-minute walk from the city's sea, 2 minutes from a beautiful park and downtown, closing the windows seemed to be in the countryside! No noise, then with the two air conditioners, it's super easy to stay cool! Highly recommended and if we were to return to Trani, we already know where to stay!

Emilia Anna is more than a super host. She made us feel like family as soon as we arrived. The loft was exquisite, clean, and spacious. Very well equipped for all our needs. Emilia was always attentive and responsive and a great source of information for the area. She responded to all of our questions with lightning speed. The house is hospitable and equipped with all the necessary comfort for the stay. The location is very convenient to get around by car and you can park your car safely in the relevant courtyard. The house is close to the city center but semi independent. Pietro is an extremely helpful person, always responsive and always kind.

By far, the loveliest place we stayed at during our holidays in Italy. Not sure what was better - the host or his place. I will long go return to this beautiful spot.

We spent two fantastic weeks at Enzo's house with a large group of friends and family. Enzo was always willing to help and genuinely interested in how we were doing. The location is very peaceful, yet still close to a wide variety of restaurants. The only downside is that a car is necessary to get around and visit Naples

The apartment situated in the old town is charming, with a mini balcony where you can sit and a wonderful terrace on the top of the roof. In Andia, everything is within reach, with few tourists, so you can really feel the pulse of the city. Vincenzo is available all the time. He took us on a tour of the former residences under the house and it was amazing. A lovely apartment and a city with a soul, it won us over.

We stayed in Margherita di Savoia for 3 days and it was a really nice experience. The apartment is very clean, recently renovated and equipped with everything you need: sheets, towels, hair dryer, iron and iron, coffee maker, dishes and much more. The location is perfect - just cross the street to reach both the free beaches and the well-equipped beaches. In addition, there are bars, charcuterias, butcher shops, restaurants and all the main services within walking distance. There are also convenient parking lots with free blue stripes until May. The host was extremely professional and helpful, contacting us several times to make sure everything went smoothly. We'll definitely be back!

Very nice spacious apartment, great location close to all amenities. What we would have liked: blackout shutters or curtains because we had daylight very early in the morning Otherwise everything was perfect, thank you to Andrea for her responsiveness , we will be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful stay here. Check-in and check-out were super easy. The hosts were always available and gave us tips about activities/events/parties in the city. Likewise, no wish was denied but always tried to accommodate us. A transfer to the property and back was even organized for us. So we can say that this was a very nice stay, the place clean and nice and special thanks to the hosts!

Great house and great host. Everything was clean and convenient. The only problem is that my car was robbed outside at the street, Foggia is unsafe when it comes to parking. Host also has a garage but my car was too big. Would definitely return but with a smaller car or no car
