Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Melgaço

An amazing small space in an area with a lot of dazzle, despite having visited in a moment of rain there was plenty to do and good times to relax. The best option is to bring your own car or even rented car to visit Spain and Valença. Very calm, private and with lots of nature to observe and enjoy. Sure, recommended for a getaway for two! Beautiful modern construction in a rural setting overlooking pastures and the valley below. Multiple and versatile outdoor areas with two patios and pool deck. Very quiet area without traffic noise, yet only a couple minutes from town and all its amenities. Andre is very quickly responsive in all communications.

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely home in Arcos de Valdevez with my three dogs. The house is spacious, clean, and incredibly peaceful, with a cozy wood burner that made it even more inviting. Diogo, Andreia, and little Carminho were an absolute delight—so warm and welcoming. The neighborhood is quiet, with friendly neighbors passing by. I even had a few visits from the local dogs, though they were a bit shy and ran off when I tried to say hello! All in all, it was a fantastic stay, and I’m already looking forward to returning in May. See you then!

The house is renovated and very comfortable, we would like to have noticed by the description that the outside area is far from the house.

This place is a calm and familiar spot that is one with nature. Beautiful site and surroundings, perfect for relaxing in the mountains. Lots to see and do around the area. It is not only a campground but also has farm animals and organic produce that the owner kindly shares with her guests. Monica is a fantastic host and made me feel at home the minute she started talking after receiving us in her place. She anticipated our needs and was always very thoughtful and friendly. Monica is very knowledgeable of her crops and animals and it’s a joy to hear her talk about it - I learned a lot! Definitely will repeat the experience, lovely place with even more lovely people.

On the positive side, the place lived up to its description. Fatima was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our experience better. There were enough parking spaces for three cars. On the negative side, the hot water reservoir wasn't sufficient for ten people to take showers. As a result, some of us had to take cold showers every day. Additionally, the location is situated on narrow roads, making it challenging to reach by car.

Great stay, very good for those who want to rest and enjoy nature, the space was clean and organized, Julia was super friendly and received us super well, I will definitely come back more times!
