The studio is located in one wing of our house and you have two entrances to get there. You have an outdoor dining area at the foot of the staircase and a terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs. The garden and terrace can be lit in the evening. You are 200 metres from the city centre and museum and close to the harbour.

Located on the ground floor of an old mill, 10 minutes from the ocean, the cottage includes a bedroom with bathroom, separate toilet and living kitchen with stone fireplace. It can accommodate 2 to 3 people. In a wooded environment you will have access to the mill orchard and the river (Le Moros) that runs along the property. Quietly, you can observe many birds: herons, piverts, owls. And with a bit of luck, you'll come face to face with the deer.

I welcome you, in the middle of the woods, to a pleasant 40 m2 guest house, new and on one level, classified as a "3-star tourist accommodation", with a separate entrance. Ideally located in a quiet area, between the ocean and the countryside, halfway between Concarneau (9 km) and Pont Aven (9 km), at the exit of the village of Trégunc (800 m) and very close to the Pointe de Trévignon (5 km).

Penty, 6 km from the sea

This pretty penty adjoining our house is ideally located in the quiet countryside but also 5 minutes from the center of Concarneau and 6 km from the beaches. The penty is perfect for family vacations. For the months of July and August, we only accept requests by the week from Saturday to Saturday. We do not provide sheets or towels, unless requested by you, we charge 10 euros per bed set.

KERGREVEN

In an 18th-century farmhouse, with the sea just a stone's throw away (3 km), a pretty, practical and poetic gîte on the site of a small organic farm (fruit juices, jams, vinegars and soaps). 3 double bedrooms, 3 en-suite bathrooms, a large living room, wood pellet heating, a south-facing garden, quiet, in the countryside. Wi-Fi, of course.
