The house is an old townhouse - completely restored in 2008. Located in the center of Dronninglund, close to shopping. There is a lovely courtyard with a covered terrace. There is plenty of beautiful nature in the area with forest, lake and only 7 km to the beach in Aså. The house is 169 sqm and on 2 floors. I have 2 cats and 10 chickens, which need to be looked after by the people staying in the house. The cats can run in and out of the house. The chickens just need to be let in and out. And then, of course, you just have to fill up with food for them if needed.

The water is shallow and usually without big waves, so the beach is very child-friendly, also for very young children. The house consists of a small entrance hall with washing machine, a large kitchen/living room/living room with wood-burning stove and exit to the terrace, a bathroom and three bedrooms. The house offers a relaxed atmosphere where you can enjoy the peace and beauty of nature. Outside you will find cozy terraces, where you can, among other things, sit under the covered terrace and relax in the sun or enjoy long evenings in the fresh air. The summerhouse is located between Lyngså, which has the most beautiful beaches in the coast and Voerså city with, among other things, shopping and yachts. 1000 m to the sea!

If you want to come to Aalborg and enjoy the city life, it is 20 minutes by car to the city center. The bathing-friendly beaches are 15 km away and can be enjoyed in all seasons. Was built in 2008 and features modern amenities such as a sauna, hot tub, dishwasher, fiber internet etc. We do not rent to youth groups. Please note: Prior to arrival, a deposit of 1,500 DKK must be paid via Pay Pal. The amount will be refunded, excl. electricity consumption. Please bring your own towels, bed linen etc.
