Small duplex house completely renovated with taste, in a quiet area. It is located 10 minutes from the sea by car, 10 minutes from Lorient and 3 minutes from the base of Lann Bihoué (note: the Guidel road is not suitable for pedestrians). It's close to major roads. It is perfect for 1 to 2 people but can accommodate up to 3 adults thanks to the small sofa bed in the living room. The bedroom is on the mezzanine floor upstairs. Kitchen is stocked.
