Monthly Rentals in Melton Mowbray

Paul was friendly and in regular communication throughout a last minute booking process. He was flexible to my late arrival and ensured that the property was immaculate upon arrival. I needed a quiet, relaxed atmosphere where I could unwind following long days at work, the property provided this in abundance! It's only a shame I arrived and left each day during darkness as I couldn't properly enjoy the beautiful surroundings. I will 100% look to use again if I am in the area & would recommend to anyone in need of a nice place to stay for a short break.

This was perfect for our 2 night stay while attending our friend’s wedding at Brooksby Hall. For five of us, there was plenty of space, clean rooms and a large communal area where we could catch up and get ready. We made good use of the kitchen, cooking 3 full meals, which had everything we needed including oil for cooking and other basics. Thomas was a great host, replying to messages promptly and kindly leaving us not only bread/eggs/milk for breakfast, but some Easter chocolate too! The large garden was also perfect for taking some nice pre-wedding photos. Would definitely recommend for anyone after an easy, stress-free stay.

Perfect home away from home for a few days. The location is excellent to get into town quickly and be able to explore the local attractions. It was also an excellent base for exploring the surrounding areas and visiting family in Grantham and Oakham. The parking space is super handy. Where it is on a main road there is a little noise from traffic/people but this is to be expected and didn’t impact on mine or my 1 and half year olds sleep or mums sleep. The decor is stylish with fabulous wallpaper designs. Would definitely stay here again. Dilan was an excellent host and very attentive with quick, friendly responses and detailed instructions. Thank you!

This is a great place to stay. The property is very comfortable, spotlessly clean and very well appointed. It is in a quiet area a short walk away from Melton Mowbray town centre. The host, Adie is very friendly and check in instructions and directions were easy and clear. We really appreciated having tea, coffee, milk and even cereals and breakfast items provided for our stay which was a really nice addition. Highly recommend Adie's place for a stay in this area.
