The French Door

This space is a private entry 275 square foot small studio with a private bath, connected to the main house but with no access to the main house. The unit has a standard sized mini fridge, microwave and keurig coffee maker with coffees to choose from, a very mini toaster oven for one bagel or one piece of toast, lite snacks and waters for you. Also a small table and chair set, desk and a brand new queen sized bed, the location is great if you work at the lab or if visiting family in the area.

This Casita (in-law unit) is a 250 sft independent unit that includes a full attached bathroom. It's in a quiet neighborhood of East Bay and is sparkling clean, bright and airy. It has its own separate entrance with lock and key. Close to BART and freeways. It comes equipped with a brand new comfortable queen bed and mattress, TV, mini-fridge, coffee maker, and microwave oven. In addition, there's a single hot plate electric stove to cook a quick meal. Street parking is always available.

Early check-in or late check-out are an extra cost of $10 per hour, however approval is based on availability.

We offer a very nice room. This includes many necessities such as WiFi and a microwave. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. There is also a park just outside our house, and it is a 10 minute walk away from the ACE train station, which is an easy way to get to the Bay Area.
