Sitting house in the middle of the Atlantic Forest with private entrance, it has 2 more buildings on the same property but totally independent (veterinary clinic and owner couple's house) Safe place with lake in front, fishing, location for hiking or cycling trail. Although the region is of sites it is very well located just 5 min from Mendes and 10 min from Brooms and has grocery stores and restaurants nearby.
