Tony and Aileen’s annex was a warm welcoming space. Ideal homely place to return to after a day out. Excellently appointed and spotlessly clean. Tony and Aileen were very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend and I’m sure we will return. Thank you.

An absolutely delightful cottage in a quiet corner of a lovely village! A homely feel to this well appointed cottage with high quality furniture and accessories. The hosts very kindly left us bread, butter, jam, milk and eggs as well as lots of store cupboard supplies, this was a lovely and very unexpected touch. We’d definitely stay again.

Rick and Jeff were amazing, from start to finish, we could not have wished for a more peaceful and delightful location, everything was just as they said it would be, great facilities, I forgot my shower cap, and guess what, there was a disposable one in the shower room, so I was well pleased, we had communication from start to finish, and were very pleased Rick greeted us when we turned up at 3pm. He showed us round and told us what we needed to know. So all in all, a very positive and lovely stay only for two nights, but next time we visit family it will be longer, highly recommend, Top rate!!!!!

This is a rather special place. it's like a retreat , stripped back of all unnecessary distractions. The telecommunications masts are a bit of a shock when you first draw near but once inside the house and garden you can't see any part of them. It's a place to be quiet and listen to the dawn chorus and watch as the sun casts different light on the bark of the silver birches...... We could go on! There's a nice restaurant at The Lion pub in the next village and good local walking. . we would highly reccomend this place. Didn't want to leave.
