All the windows of the great room have amazing views of the vineyards and hills beyond, and the dining table is set in a large bay window with stunning 180-degree views.The kitchen is well-stocked with everything needed to make a gourmet meal and includes a gas range, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher. The second story includes 3 large master bedrooms. There are 4 beds (2 King and 2 Queen size beds). There is also a full size sofa bed that can accommodate 2 people (cozy). The house provides comfortable furnishings, 1 flat-screen TV, a gas fireplace, a gas grill and a 6-person spa. The entire place is yours for the duration of your stay - enjoy the spa, well-stocked kitchen, and comfortable living spaces! As host we are pretty hands off. You will receive house access instructions and general rules so you can self-check in/out approximately a week before check in. We are available via phone call/text or email if you have any questions. I case of any emergency the property manager is available 24/7. This house is located in a quiet private road at the end of a cul de sac in Guerneville, with just 2 other houses in the immediate area. Most rooms in the house have a sweeping, beautiful view of the vineyard. You'll often see turkeys, deer, and other wildlife wandering through the trees and vines. But you'll also be able to take a very short walk to all the bars, restaurants, and wine tasting in downtown Guerneville. The house is walking distance ( within half a mile ) of restaurants, coffee shops, bars and grocery store. For visiting the area is best to use a car.

Beautiful river front home with wonderful riverstone fireplace, historic charm, majestic redwoods, updated master suite with hot tub, kayaks, canoe and stand up paddleboards on private grounds in private location in Monte Rio, California on Russian River. Note: the dock and steps to the river, as with most homes on the river, are available between Memorial Day and the end of October, only. Our cozy, rustic cabin is nestled in the heart of Guerneville amongst redwoods and is a 15-min. walk to the Russian River, where you can swim, float, and boat to your hearts content. In the winter, cozy up to the wood burning stove (the main heat source), take a long walk in the neighborhood or drive 5-min. to downtown Guerneville, which has a number of shops, restaurants and bars. Our cabin is also centrally located to breathtaking hiking trails. Slow down with us!

Cozy Craftsman Cottage

Charming, peaceful one bedroom craftsman cottage on natural 60 acre property on a country road. Vaulted ceilings, wide plank hardwood floors, wood burning stove and full kitchen. The lake is a 5 minute walk- beautiful to enjoy but is not for swimming. Myself and the property owner do live on property. 15 minutes from downtown Calistoga, 30 from downtown Healdsburg and 30 minutes from Santa Rosa. Your four legged friends are welcome for an additional $50 pet fee which I will send separately

Back on the market Spring 2023! (We’ve been off during Covid but looking forward to hosting you now!! Great Location and Privacy. Quiet, hilltop home, 10-15 minutes to the historic Sonoma Plaza. 2/2 king beds with fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor grill. Delightful outdoor spaces front and back. Detached office. Located at the north end of Point Arena, it is an easy walk/bike to town (half mile) and only two doors from the Stornetta Lands southern trailhead and the start of eight miles of ocean front hiking.
