Each room is air-conditioned. The pool is completely for your private use It is 6 km from the center of Foça and is surrounded by nature. We offer boutique hotel comfort with 4 sun loungers, a large pavilion, swing and seating area in the outdoor area. We are waiting for you to make unforgettable memories by enjoying a barbecue with your family and friends.

Our house, which has its own private pool, is located in a quiet wooded area with olive trees. Our house is 8 minutes to Yenifoça Oasis marina and 50 minutes to the ancient city of Bergama. Our furniture at home is new, and it is fully equipped, especially with kitchen utensils. A peaceful holiday surrounded by the sounds of birds awaits you🪻We have free parking in front of the house.

Eight km to Yeni Foça, twenty to the old one; our location is wonderful! If you like walking, there is a Fula Mountain bike and hiking trail right behind us. We're at the top of the village. Our home, Yenifoça, is located in the centre, making it easy for you to plan your trip. We recommend that guests arriving by car, if they arrive early, unload their luggage close to the house and then park towards the marina area. While the central location of our house allows you to walk to cafés and shopping areas, the fact that it is situated on a cul-de-sac behind the busy street provides a quiet environment away from the noise.
