It offers a living room with dining table, chairs and kitchen and an exit to the terrace. In the hallway there is a wardrobe and plenty storage space. The bathroom comes with a shower, toilet as well as a large washbasin. Directly attached (without a door) is the bedroom with 1.40m bed and wardrobe.

The way to the center leads through the beautiful city park along the Isar or simply over the Isar Bridge.

We are located in a quiet settlement and have everything you need and can also reach this on foot. BMW stop and public bus stop is minutes away on foot.
