The holiday apartment 'Auszeit' is located in Niederviehbach and is ideal for a relaxing stay. The 63 m² apartment features a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, one bedroom, and one bathroom, accommodating up to 3 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a smart TV with satellite channels, washing machine, dryer, books, games, and toys. A baby cot and high chair are also provided. You can borrow an iron, ironing board, barbecue, and fire pit.

There is a big room with a fireplace, decorated with traditional furniture where you can enjoy your meals or spend cozy evenings, playing board games and drinking whine or Bavarian beer. In the kitchen next to the electric stove there is an old-fashioned kitchen oven where you can boil your tea water in a traditional way, but don`t worry, there is also an electric kettle. The house has a big garden with vegetables and fruit like strawberries, raspberries, apples and pears.

Beautiful, quiet and bright apartment with terrace and private entrance. Through the separate outdoor entrance you can reach the apartment in the basement of the house. It offers a living room with dining table, chairs and kitchen and an exit to the terrace. In the hallway there is a wardrobe and plenty storage space. The bathroom comes with a shower, toilet as well as a large washbasin. Directly attached (without a door) is the bedroom with 1.40m bed and wardrobe.

The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment). Unentgeltliche Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor der Haustüre, auf Anfrage könnt Ihr auch gegen Gebühr Euer Elektroauto bei uns laden (11 V) während Ihr Euch im Tinyhouse erholt. Das Häuschen liegt zentral zwischen Dingolfing (20 km), Straubing (22 km) und dem neuen BMW Werk in Strasskirchen-Irlbach (11 km).
