Our apartment has been completely renovated. It is very functional, bright and gives way to a large living room of 40 square meters with a fully equipped open kitchen (Dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, etc.) The bedroom has a queen size bed. The living room overlooks the street and the bedroom overlooks the courtyard. This charming two-room apartment of 65 square meters is located at the foot of Père Lachaise and benefits from large food shops and restaurants.

"Boutik Boheme" is a concept of upmarket boutique-apartments located in the "village" districts of Paris such as Montmartre, Batignolles, Ménilmontant, Monceau or Belleville. "Paris Panorama" is an amazing 48 m2 apartment with a beautiful 18 m2 terrace and a breathtaking view of Paris. The bedroom opens onto a small balcony. Our apartment is located in the heart of Village Jourdain, close to Buttes Chaumont, Père-Lachaise and less than 15 minutes from the Marais and the city center. Located in a small quiet street and a lively area, renovated by an architect, it has two bedrooms and three rooms. Well-equipped, carefully decorated, warm and stylish. Ideal for a couple or family.

Quiet little nest Studio (entire home)

on the sixth floor, elevator, overlooking a very quiet courtyard. Refurbished. Very "safe" (especially if you are a woman). I live in the building. Ideal for exploring the city of Paris, but also our very Parisian and very friendly neighborhood. Lots of small shops and transport. I'd love to give you all the tips and advise you on the best places in the neighborhood. I'm flexible on check-in and check-out times and I can store your luggage.

As a food lover, I have created a very personal and unique space for fellow foodies. Located in one of the hippest parts of Paris, my well-equipped kitchen includes a 3m long dining table that seats up to 12 people. The apartment has many original features with a private terrace, bedroom with a double sofa bed, and an original small retro bathroom. While the kitchen is very well equipped all mother comforts are kept to a minimum.

The Green Island – Village Jourdain

Charming fully-equipped and nicely decorated Parisian apartment. In the heart of the lively Belleville district, this very bright two-room apartment offers nice views of Belleville Park and the Church of Ménilmontant. This very pleasant bobo-chic neighborhood offers a very Parisian atmosphere, with many cafes, restaurants and cultural activities. This is my own apartment: you will feel at home, for a typical Parisian experience.

Très lumineux et joliment rénové, l'appartement dispose d'une grande pièce principale avec un vrai salon et une belle cuisine de maison toute équipée donnant sur les toits de Paris. Vous trouverez tous les commerces et des restaurants et bars très sympa dans le quartier. Le metro Gambetta ainsi que le Père-Lachaise sont 5 minutes à pied.
