Bright triplex apartment-house. Beautiful living room, warm, with a magnificent library. A quiet bedroom with double bed, two charming rooms under the roofs, one with single bed, a dual-aspect room with a 120 cm sofa bed. Fully-equipped kitchen. Inhabited apartment, full of charm and books, in the heart of the Ménilmontant district. "Village" neighborhood, lots of small shops and cafes, parks, etc. Great ease of travel by metro Haven of peace.
