It is located in the heart of Bernay on a quiet street, a 7-minute walk from the train station connecting Paris, Caen, Rouen and Deauville and close to shops and restaurants. Bernay is a pleasant small town with Norman half-timbered houses, ideally located 1 hour from the Normandy coast by car (Deauville, Cabourg and Honfleur).

You will enjoy a comfortable house with 3 independent bedrooms and their double bed, a living room/dining room/equipped kitchen. The kitchen overlooks a south-facing garden with terrace and barbecue. Our house is in a cul-de-sac, no passage in front of the house, you can park in front of everything as well as on the ground if necessary.

In the hollow of the Risle valley bordered by forests, near the charming village of La Ferrière sur Risle, the miller's house is located on the Moulin à Tan property, occupied by the owners. The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". The house, rated 4 stars, renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the former home occupied by the millers when the mill was in operation from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century.

This gite is located on a plot of 7300m², facing south, with a terrace, in a very peaceful environment, 200 meters from a large forest, marked out by hiking trails. This typical cottage offers a relaxing stay for the whole family.

Close to the city center, shops, the abbey, the museum, the train station, the Piaf theater, cinemas (7-minute walk), this house is an outbuilding of an old rectory. In addition to the charm of the half-timbering, there is a quality renovation in 2024. The peace and quiet are a pleasant surprise. This place is rated 4 stars.
