All guests have a private apartment, there is 1 apartment per level. So there is a lot of privacy. Downstairs we have a laundry, which you can use. We have a chocolate atelier, where you are always welcome ! The setting is immediately adjacent to the city's famous Graffiti Street. A tasting in the chocolate studio below is a must, after which stroll to some of Ghent's many boutiques, and perhaps the weekend antiques market in nearby St Jacob's Square. From the railway station, you take the MAIN tram line no 1 to the city centre, we are at 300m from the stop GRAVENSTEEN (castle)

Everything you need for a perfect stay @Ghent. Just a 5 min walk from the train station, making it an ideal choice if you're travelling with luggage. You'll stay in a quiet neighbourhood while enjoying excellent connections to Bruges, Antwerp, Bxl,... From your stay, you can easily walk to Ghent's historic city centre or take the tram. The 2nd tram stop is already at the edge of the old town, near the Bijloke site, home to a former monastery, the Museum and Stamcafé for breakfast and coffee.

Dit ruime appartement van 120m2 bevindt zich in hartje Gent, recht tegenover het Gravensteen. De ruime living met eetplaats en volledig ingerichte keuken kijkt uit op het kasteel. Het appartement omvat 2 mooie slaapkamers, 1 met dubbel bed en 1 met twee enkele bedden. Er is een volwaardig plooibed en een zetelbed op de overloop. Het appartement heeft een afzonderlijk toilet, een praktische badkamer met inloopdouche en dubbele wastafel. Er is een handige berging met was-en strijkfaciliteiten.

In 2019 we started the renovation, with as only purpose, to keep the soul and respect the history and grandeur of the original house. Its exceptional history, unique architecture and central position made it worth doing so. Tears, joy and a lot of work resulted in the place where you are right now. In het erg rustig gelegen herenhuis, in een doodlopende straat, kan u genieten van alle comfort. De studio werd net helemaal gerestaureerd en is erg gezellig ingericht en voorzien van alle faciliteiten om uw verblijf aangenaam te maken. Dicht bij de tram en ook parking op enkele meters. Verschillende winkels en restaurants in de buurt.

De sunny green is een tiny house gelegen in een rustige buitenbuurt van Gent. (4 kilometer van het stadscentrum!) Inchecken op zaterdag en zondag om 15:00 Inchecken van maandag -vrijdag vanaf 18:00. uitchecken om 12:00 de volgende dag. De dag van inchecken kan u al gebruik maken van onze parking, fietsen en bagage-drop vanaf 12:00h. zaterdag & zondag inchecken : 15:00 uitchecken om 11:00h
