Quiet and warm apartment, great location close to all amenities (shopping mall, metro, bus). The accommodation is also very well-equipped. Everything is perfect for a pleasant stay. Isabelle, the host, for our arrival, welcomed us with a nice touch. Recommended without hesitation.

Vincent was an excellent host. In fact, he was the first host we have encountered who actually behaved as a “host.” He greeted us at the door at the time of our estimated arrival, gave us a tour of the rental, suggested local restaurants and attractions, and was available for later questions. He maintains a distinct, clean, and beautiful suite.

The accommodation offered by Sébastien and Alexandre made the success of our stay in Lille, although we were not able to enjoy the exteriors. The house is beautifully cozy and well laid out, impeccably clean. Everything is thought out to effectively welcome hosts. Everything was more than ready to welcome our baby without us even having to ask. Communication was very transparent beforehand on the stove broken by a previous visitor and effectively substituted by a heater, we were not embarrassed and enjoyed being informed. Sébastien and Alexandre were very accommodating to facilitate our entry as well as our exit from the premises. Very easily accessible by foot from the metro. A huge thank you for this wonderful stay The house is even more beautiful than in the photos: warm, comfortable and decorated with great taste. It felt like home from the first few minutes. Everything was perfectly clean and thought out so we had everything we needed. The calm of the place, the beauty of the surroundings and the attentive welcome of Clement made our stay unforgettable. Second stay at Guy's, the house is always a pleasure for our group of 6. Everything was clean and the indoor pool allowed us to enjoy it as much on sunny days as those of rain! Very comfortable for the 6 of us, no hot water problem. Small wifi issues at the beginning of the stay but Guy was very responsive to try to find a solution. In addition, the accommodation is accessible by public transport (train from Brussels to Braine-Le-Comte, train station 15-20min walk away).

Dieter's home is beautiful, clean and quiet. An excelent host to whom I would always want to come back to. 100% would recommend.

Super enjoyed, everything was to our liking! It was also nice that towels etc were available! Only in the bedrooms on the street side you heard the traffic if you wanted to open the windows, but the rest of the house more than makes up for this!
