Holiday rentals in Merion Station

Fantastic stay a Catherine’s. House is spacious and comfortable and was spotless upon arrival. Great location. Easily walkable to Main St. with its many bars, restaurants and coffee shops. And an easy walk to the train to downtown Philly. Parking is a bit of an issue if you have more than one car, but we always managed to find a spot within walking distance. Our family had a great time here. Would definitely book it again!

Overall very nice place to stay. Convenient location near to Bryn Mawr College and downtown. The apartment was clean and comfy. Dave was very responsive whenever we needed help and responded almost immediately, which was especially helpful when my 18-yo daughter got locked inside her bedroom accidentally (the lock on the door probably should be replaced). Dave coached us over the phone on how the gently jimmy the door without breaking anything.

This is my third time at Jesse's place and definitely not the last. The location is perfect, close to everything Philly has to offer. The space is perfect for reaxing after a long day wandering the old city and there are plenty of great places to have a drink and a bite to eat. The room is clean, quiet, private and comfortable and Jesse is a great host. I can't recommend it enough.

Overall we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to others. A few small spots could have been cleaned a bit more and the price was a bit steep compared to similar locations, but ultimately happy we chose to stay here and the size of the home was perfect for what we needed.

Our family came into town due to an unfortunate event. But the stay at this home was all we needed and more. I highly recommend this home. Not only is it clean but has many additional necessary features that makes it feel like home away from home. The price is well worth it!

My two school-age kids and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at Anne and Ariel's historic row house, on a beautiful tree-lined lane right off of South Street. The location is ideal: very walkable and close to tons of good restaurants as well as treasures like the Magic Gardens and the Queen & Rook Game Cafe—and yet, despite being in the middle of everything, it also feels peaceful, quiet, tucked-away. The house is perfectly cozy with a great kitchen and a private garage; check-in and check-out are super-easy and we got some terrific restaurant recommendations. We loved our week in Philly and we'd stay at Anne and Ariel's again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

For this part of the city, more spacious, newer, better cleaned than many other airbnb options. Living room is on first floor and bedroom and bathroom on second, so not so many stairs as many in this area. Convenient to many parts of the city, with attractions, restaurants, bakeries, etc. Excellent communication with host team.

I recently just spent one month at Edward’s place and loved every minute of it. As other reviewers have noted, the layout is a little nontraditional, as you enter through a small sunroom and then go directly into the bedroom, then the living room/kitchen with the bathroom at the back. The kitchen was stocked with basic pots/pans, glassware, and dishes. The real gem of this listing is it’s location- it was next to a large park with many adorable dogs, the main strip of Chestnut Hill 2 min walk, a market, a playground, and easy parking around the vicinity. It offered a great home base to explore Philadelphia with good access to bus lines and the train if you did not have a car. Additionally, since I was at this spot for an entire month I needed additional supplies (ie mop) which Edward promptly ordered to the house. I look forward to returning to this spot next time work brings me to Philly!

Marja’s place is excellent, I wish I could have stayed longer. The place itself was super cute and exactly like the pictures/description. There are other residents in the building, but the apartment is on a floor by itself which makes it feel more private. Marja was really easy to communicate with and was flexible with both check- in and check-out which really helped make my trip stress free. The location was close to the Wissahickon Park which was exactly what I was looking for and I really enjoyed going to the Germantown Weavers Way Co-Op for food.
