Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Merville-Franceville-Plage

My and family and I celebrated an 80th birthday. This place was an excellent find and just a stone’s throw from the ferry from Portsmouth. The place has lots of space and makes use of the large open planned lounge dining area with some great furniture which meant that there was plenty of room to all sit and have fun games together. The garden was excellent and safe for smaller children to run around in. Ouistreham is a lovely town to leisurely spend an afternoon walking along the beachfront and there are lots of great cafés and restaurants. Elizabeth and Christophe were super accommodating to our needs and were very warm and friendly. We will love to visit again. Thanks so much for a special weekend.

Marie Christine's place is lovely. Everything is clean, tidy, with a tastefully designed decor. The outdoor space is quiet with the little pond and the terrace with its armchairs allows sunbathing. Thanks again, we'll be happy to come back

A very nice cottage! Everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Very clean! The only downside: the large construction site that starts right by the garden fence. Noise from 8 am to 5 pm. It was not possible to eat in the beautiful garden or to relax. We could only use the Jacuzzi in the evening after 17 her, as the construction workers had a complete view of the garden on their dredgers. The construction site will certainly be ready at some point, but until then, info on this would be very important. Since the cottage was otherwise really perfect, we would book it again!

Lovely place for a family holiday or a stay with friends. A nice kitchen, great dining room and cosy living room. Grand playroom for the kids and horses to feed in the fields. A great experience!

Thank you so much to our hosts who have always been responsive, they set up a child safety barrier before we arrived. The place was clean, well decorated, well-equipped and smelled good when we arrived. Great stay!

Great stay, with a very nice host, who shared small touches with us within the accommodation. Small garden area with the table protected by the pergola very convenient in case of sudden rain! Very equipped accommodation, including the kitchen, quiet and cozy. We recommend for anyone who wants to get away in peace.

Nice location, close to everything! Pleasant for a family, 2 ad and 2 children. Quiet street, beautiful outdoor space. Accommodation adequately equipped for a rental. Very good stay in Tom's place. The apartment was faithful to the description and the terrace was a real asset because the sun was present throughout the stay. Good communication with Tom who has manifested himself several times to see if everything was okay. The accommodation is very well located and makes it easy to walk or discover the Normandy coast. An address to keep!

Always very nice to find this beautiful apartment and its terraces, clear , quiet, furnished with great taste, comfortable and ideally located in the city center and close to the sea (special mention for the reserved space for the car in front of the house). Very clean apartment, 3 bunk beds where our 3 daughters found their place with enthusiasm (special moment with sisters) who reminded them of good memories. Check-out request at 11:00 am instead of 10:00 am a little last minute, accepted by our hosts in 30 minutes thank you to them! Great proximity to the beach and the waterfront. We'd love to come back!

An idyllic stay in Deauville in this apartment, certainly small, but even prettier and functional than in the photos! The managers are responsive and accommodating, it really feels like home. Cosy and tastefully furnished. To be redone and recommended without hesitation!

We had a great time at Laurence's apartment. A big thank you to Anaïs, who greeted us with a smile, was available, flexible and very good advice – especially for the noon restaurant as soon as we arrived. The apartment is conveniently located, with a magnificent view to the sound of seagulls, a real little piece of paradise. We now know where to put our bags down the next time we come back to the area!

Superb accommodation, very quiet, super cozy and well maintained, with lots of amenities and excellent bedding (totally in line with the photos) and with an ideal orientation: sun in the morning and evening allowing you to appreciate the balcony and its beautiful layout. Ideally located for visits to Villers sur Mer (very close to the sea (on foot)) but also to the whole region (including the landing beaches), Cabourg, Deauville, Trouville, Honfleur... Accommodation close to very good restaurants not to be missed (Le Mermoz, La Digue...) but also many others in the surrounding towns. This new stay with our Host allowed us to totally decompress, with super splendid weather. We were delighted to see our Host again and enjoy his apartment again, to find a lot of peace and quiet. We highly recommend this place that will allow you to have a great and peaceful stay, and enjoy Normandy. Can't wait to come back
