The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

Our vacation home is close to Greifswald. It is a 220 m² vacation home, right on the water for max. 12 people. Between Stralsund and Greifswald, the islands of Rügen and Usedom with their wide sandy beaches are reachable in 20 minutes by car. A rowing boat and a sauna in the sauna house are available to tenants on site. We offer pure nature and tranquility, no traffic, the location on the water is unique. Our house is particularly suitable for families and groups.

Relax in this special and quiet space. In a secluded location next to our farm, you will find a very cozy apartment here, in which a large family with grandma and grandpa also feel comfortable. Likewise, two families with children have space to let off steam in the adjacent playground. You will certainly meet our pets, the miniature dachshund Paule, the dog Jule and a few chickens on the farm. In just 20 minutes you are in Stralsund, Greifswald or on Rügen

Winter special: ice bathing in the swimming pond at a water temperature of 2 degrees 🥶. The Alte Försterei is located in the middle of nature on the edge of the forest - ideal for enjoying peace and quiet. The apartment is very cozy and open. In the winter, it is particularly nice to enjoy the fire after a trip to Rügen or Usedom. In the evening, in the clear sky, it is worth going outside and admiring the stars in the deep darkness.

It is located on the second floor, is cozy and simply furnished. The beauty and tranquility of my home is remarkable. I am on site as a host and have my art workshop here. Behind the house is a garden.
